Covid-19 Testing

A confirmation email is sent after you have paid for your test on our website. Reminder emails and SMS will be sent in advance of your appointment. A link to an electronic Intake Form will be emailed to you. Make sure to fill this out before coming to your appointment.

Please bring an official government-issued photo ID, and don't forget to fill out your electronic Intake Form before coming to your appointment.

Yes - when you receive the link to access your report, you will be prompted with the option to add a QR code, free of charge.

Using our online booking system, you can freely change service type, reschedule, or cancel your appointment outside the 24-hour window prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Cancelling/rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, or no-showing your appointment, will incur a $50 fee. Please email us to have the balance refunded instead of keeping it on file as credit hello@bonneviemedical.com.

Please send an email to hello@bonneviemedical.com with your profile and booking information so that we can process the refund for you (please note a $10 fee will apply for each refund processing).

Being accredited means we have undergone an external evaluation by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia's Diagnostic Accreditation Program (DAP) to assess and ensure the quality of our lab and healthcare services meet their standards.
